Commuters
Commuters is a visual diary of movement, routine, and the quiet poetry between points A and B. Through the lens, fleeting faces and still bodies tell stories of time, space, and the human condition in transit.
In Commuters, I explore the liminal spaces where we spend our lives in motion yet rarely pause to reflect — the train rides, bus stops, crosswalks, and quiet in-between moments that stitch our days together. This project isn’t just about the act of commuting; it’s about the emotional and physical states we inhabit while moving through shared spaces. Faces glazed by morning light, reflections caught in fogged windows, strangers absorbed in their own inner worlds — these images capture the beauty in anonymity and the universality of routine. There’s an intimacy in these public spaces, a rhythm we all know but rarely see. Commuters invites viewers to notice what’s so often overlooked, and to find stillness in the rush.
